Mission Statement

We are a European real estate investment manager and operating partner with offices in London and Lisbon.

Since inception in 2014, we have partnered with institutional investors to acquire residential and commercial property in the UK and continental Europe. Our investment team has deployed more than €4 billion in a wide range of asset classes across most of Western Europe.

We are selective in our stock picking, focusing on complex deals where we can problem solve. Our team works collaboratively to navigate challenging situations and deliver strong risk-adjusted returns for our partners.
